Delivery
We offer a range of shipping options, which can differ based on our delivery partners and your chosen destination country. Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process and are dependent on the total weight of your order.
It's important to be aware that, for orders heading to mainland China, we exclusively use the Royal Mail postal service.
For orders placed on Monday to Friday before 13:00 (GMT), we aim to dispatch them on the same day. Orders made after 1300 (GMT) will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) on a Friday will be sent out the following Monday.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference. Collections
Additionally, we provide the option for you to collect your orders directly from our office in London during our regular opening hours. Please keep in mind that we kindly request a 1-hour advance notice to ensure that your products are ready for pickup from our warehouse.
